We provide free shipping throughout The Vietnam for all purchases on our website.
- What is the order delivery time?
We deliver to all areas in Vietnam.
The estimated order delivery time for Hanoi area is 4-6 working days and for outside Hanoi is 2-7 working days. This estimated duration is in accordance with the terms of the shipping/delivery partner service used.

- How can I track my shipment/delivery status?

- What if there is an error in shipping or product damage?
When ordering on the website Converse.vn, there is no co-checking policy upon receiving the products. Any problems that may arise regarding exchange or return of your products will be resolved by Converse Vietnam after completing the delivery process.
We recommend that you contact our Customer Service Team immediately, no later than 14 days after the date the product is received, as stated in our Return Policy.

- Is it possible to change the address after placing an order?
It is not possible to change the address details as order will be shipped according to the address registered in the system. Please make sure all your shipping address data is correct before making a payment.
